Mini pancakes


  • 1 egg
  • 125g self raising flour
  • 100ml whole milk
  • 1 ripe banana mashed


  • In a bowl whisk together the egg with the milk.
  • In another bowl, add the flour and make a well in the middle.
  • Add the whisked egg and milk into the well and whisk. 
  • Continue whisking and add in the mashed banana.
  • Add the mixture into a piping bag.
  • Heat a frying pan with a little oil over a low heat and pipe the pancakes. Cook for 30 seconds of each side.
