- 1 egg
- 125g self raising flour
- 100ml whole milk
- 1 ripe banana mashed
- In a bowl whisk together the egg with the milk.
- In another bowl, add the flour and make a well in the middle.
- Add the whisked egg and milk into the well and whisk.
- Continue whisking and add in the mashed banana.
- Add the mixture into a piping bag.
- Heat a frying pan with a little oil over a low heat and pipe the pancakes. Cook for 30 seconds of each side.
